Axis Bank Personal Loan — Personal Loan

Hi, Reference to my Application ID : 3583169 for personal loan what I have understand is fraud service. After approaching by your representative I have done all the process. It got sanctioned also, after that bank had called me and inform me about sanction of loan through personally and by SMS also. After that very next day I went to axis loan centre and done the further process i.e Agreement sign, stamp duty payment and all. Even they handed over to me Customer acknowledgement copy also for the same. Now next day they called me and informed me that we need to do login again. My question is, if my loan already got sanctioned for which I have already sign an agreement with you and got an acknowledge copy also and my application ID says it got sanctioned than why should i need to go all process again. Further more, What about my time & money already wasted with you???? I don't want to do it that all again with you unprofessional people. May be, you can ditch me again. I am not going to trust this bank anymore in my lifetime because of the impression you have given me. Now I have only 2 option left with me : 1) To shift my salary account to some other bank, which my company have given me a privilege to do so. 2) To go for a Consumer Legal process Because i paid expenses and wasted my valuable time also.
