[Resolved] Axis Bank — Personal loan query | |||||
I had requested and scheduled a meeting for a sales representative meeting twice but I did not even received a call from their end. Moreover, the disturbing part is that there is no proper channel or medium to complain against them. No reply from the loan department over mail, the general banking mail reply was to contact Loan dept only. Unable to post a complaint on the Online query page (link-https://www.axisbank.com/logaquery/logaquery.aspx) The captcha is not processing only even after trying to process oper 20 times. All this is happening even while I am having a corporate salary account with Axis bank for last 1 year. I had to finally post here in the hope that they can introspect and improve their services in this area. Was this information helpful? | |||||
