Irritating to answer.
Bank has to check the loyal of the customer and the relationship for more than 3 yrs for skipping one time payment reacting like zombies and treating customer like hell.
Business Analyst or marketing team please implement a proper structure for payment default and when to call a customer and fee structure to be applied.
Customer relationship manager please revise and be user friendly.
