Axis Bank — Personal Loan Settlement Issue

I have paid 24 EMI of My personal Loan, 12 EMIs are pending to pay. I have Lost my Job but I Dont want to be defaulter in Bank, I want to decrease My EMI amount, For the same I applied for a Personal Loan in Same Branch, Required amount was equal to my PL Dues, But My Axis bank Ajmer Branch has rejected my Loan application.
I want to Pay amount in 2-3 Years EMIs.
