This is regarding complaint of personal loan department. I have applied on 06/06/17 for the same but miss. Jagjeet ([protected]) had called me several time for documents, from the day 1st she started lieing that i'll send today for documents pick up but she didn't on that day then next day same answer and after scolding she sent 01 document collection executive named mr. Amit ghanokar ([protected]/[protected]) has collected all necessary documents. But never loged in for my loan coz whenever i tries it says invalid application id no.
When i contacted him ; he says i m out for my brother's wedding.
One of the worst part is 136 times i called them but they didn't picked up as they were aware my nos.
When i tried from another no then both of them picked up the call as wanted to cheat one more client.
Miss. Jagjeet is so unprofessional that feels sadakchaap jobseekers joined in axisbank.
Hopes axis bank will appoint professionals rather than sadakchaap executive.
I am going to closed my 8 yrs old account.
Worst bank.. Hdfc better...
