Axis Bank — PF withdrawal not Credited to Account

I'm ex employee of Axis Bank with employee number 154653 and Name Ambuj Kumar. I have applied for my PF withdrawal online on 21/07/2023 with SR number SR[protected]. On 1/08/2023 I wrote a mail to [protected]@axisbank.com regarding non receipt of credit in My account provided in my PF withdrawal request after seeing it processed and settled online although i did not get any notificaton from the bank. From then I have escalated it to CEO regarding it but they only revert that it's been settled but doesn't not provide any transaction details. It is my hard earned money and I am failing to fulfill my obligations without this fund. Kindly help.
