Axis Bank — phone banker is giving warning inappropriately | |
My Friend Mr. Nishad Shelar is customer of Axis bank and took a loan by giving my name as Guarantor. He did not pay 2 months Loan EMI because he several times asked bank person to arrange a full payment process and did not receive a respond. I got two calls from Axis bank - 1st on Saturday 8th Feb 2020 and 2nd on 9th Feb 2020. The person was telling or threatening me for paying his pending or missed dues today only anyhow because they couldn't contact my friend. I refused as I meant to co-operate them by giving his information but instead they warn me If I don't pay then they will file a case warrant against me. I said I can help you to locate him but how to collect is your responsibility. Actually the thing is He got a job in Canada and that's why bank collectors can't contact him properly. And I really don't think this is the proper way to talk if they are incapable to do their job and threatening like this. Was this information helpful? | |
