Axis Bank — Phone bankers doesn't know manners.

I called so many times for use my redeem points and block my one of axis bank credit card but there is no proper response. Last call I spoke one of the phone banker they my card is not showing

Today I called couple of time in the morning they said sever is bussy. They always asking to call back and finally they said I am not axis bank card holder. They disconnected my call with out any notification

My card number end with 4624 (neo card )

Please take necessary action

19th Sep - I called for block my creditcard they said need to pay full amount.

22nd Sep - I paid full amount and called customer care question about my redeem points use and can't access website. It is not allowing. they said wait for 24hrs then only you can use your redeem points and then block card

24th Sep 10.57 AM - I Called. They said server is not working asked me to call in next one hours

24th Sep 11.15 AM - I called. They said again server is not working asked me to call in next 2 hours

24th Sep 12.58 PM - I called. They said again server is not working asked me to call in next 2 hours

24th Sep 06.16 PM - I called and asked about I can't use my redeem points. Now phone banker is telling you have sent email for this. I very Disappointed after 4 to 5 call they asking me to send email. I questioned why guys not said in first call for this when I rais they complaint. No reply from him. Finally he said I will take request it should take 5 working days for fix this issue. Worst case I very Disappointed for this kind of service and disconnected my without any notice.

24th Sep 06.37 PM - another phone banker attend my call they said your not a axis credit card customer. Your credit card is not showing and connected to other girl. She not listen my words. She not allow me to speak and transferred my call to manager. Finally not one attend my call.
