I had accidentally blocked by debit card (No #5346 xxxx xxxx 2669) while accessing online banking facility. When i tried to reactivate it online again, i could not find any option to that. I called up the customer care service and the banking officer instructed me to visit the bank.
I visited my nearest branch (Branch id : 1884) i. E jessore road, shyamnagar, rodkol, kolkata : 700055 on 29th april 2017. I was assured that my card would be activated by 3rd may 2017. Its 5th today and i can see that my card is still hot-listed.
This is very disappointing from an esteemed bank of yours. While other banks provide the facility of reactivating debit cards online, axis bank doesn't. I am a working woman and it sis really a big harassment for me to visit the bank time and again without any solution.
I therefore request an immediate action in this regard. Everyone knows the importance of debit card in today's world and such grievances are expected to be solved immediately. Was this information helpful? |
