[Resolved] Axis Bank — POS machine from Axis Bank not accepting VISA Credit card issued by Chase Bank, USA

The POS machine supplied by AXis Bank to BSES, Delhi, installed in their Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Centre, is not accepting Subject Credit Card - VISA issued by Chase Bank, USA.
This Card is being accepted by POS machines at almost all Merchants in Delhi
BSES say they have failed to get the matter solved
Why is your above machine not accepting my C Card, which is being accepted, even at small Merchants having accounts with ICICI, SBI, and other Banks
Please sort out this matter
