Axis Bank — Pradhanmantri yojna fund yet not received

Having Home loan from axis bank which was taken 1 yr back under pradhanmantri Yojana but still i have not received any fund till now. Had discussions with concern Sales manager he was also unaware about same and not giving solutions and ignoring the same by saying we haven’t applied and I don’t remember. Please look into the otherwise will filling the complaint against axis bank as done fraud with me.
