Dear concern i have apply for pre approved personal loan through mobile banking after the applying i received a call from your customer care chennai
For further process to the loan through axis bank executive at 2pm but nobody call me on same time and i received a call 4:30pm. And he is very careless and crucial person. They dont know how to talk to the customer i am really very disagree with axis bank representative. And what he said you dont know anything you want loan or not this type of behave your axis bank executive
So please tell me is it axis bank behave like this to the customer.
Please reply me fast otherwise will take action...
