[Resolved] Axis Bank — privilege credit card | |||
I have been trying to redeem my edge reward points which was part of the much hyped sales talk when signing up. But after more the 5 calls that keep getting put on hold and then mysteriously get "disconnected". This is not the first time. Every time i try to redeem any offers this is the same pathetic service i get. This is their tactic to discourage people from availing the offers that they are entitled to. These offers are merely a sales gimmick and no follow through. Even after calling 5 times this is the service i get. Frustration with axis bank is the daily norm. Unacceptable level of customer service. The people i have spoken to so far prachi, usman, nawaz and couple others i don't recall names. Worst ever customer service.
