[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Rd amount not deducted

Hi,
i have open 2RD account online by net banking last month 1st was 3000 and 2nd was 2000 and select due date 7th for every month.but now my 1st rd amount 3000 has been deducted from my account but the second amount 2000 still not deducted.10 to 20 times i called to customer care even 7-8 mails i sended to axis support team they only give Reference number[protected]and said wait it is under process.very bad experience of axis bank customer support .i even got frusted with this issue.no one is providing the reason that why its not deducted.
