[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Re-activation of account

Dear sir,

The axis bank has frozen my account no 9xxxxxxxxxx3150, however i am chasing them from 09nov 2016, and i have submitted the requisite document in their branch on dt 28.11.2016, my request no is : 26571813.
I have made around 23 reciprocal mail conversation, however axis bank is not re-activating my existing account.
Please help me
