Axis Bank — Reactivation of savings account

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Prasan Roy mascarenhas & My Mothers name is Veronica mascarenhas,
Due to Inactivity of Account my Mothers Account is Froozen & we visited to Axis bank Branch Udupi (Court Road) karnataka also given thumb and also collected Aadhaar / Pan / photo while applying for activation of account
After 2 weeks when I visited the Branch for Enquire on Status, they unaware of my request & asked to Visit once again for account Activation
since my Mother is Senior citizen visiting branch once again is painfull
I am requesting to return, already submitted Aadhaar copy & pan
If application rejected kindly furnish Application number stating that submitted document is retained as per rule
