    This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on October 15th, 2022of Rs. 21000 via Google pay & transaction ID[protected]
    The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (Union bank of india) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 21000 with my other card.

    I opened Salary account in Axis bank on November 2nd 2022 in JP Nagar branch of Bangalore. I got message that I will receive welcome kit on 7th but I didn't get any call. I was able to do online transactions without any issues and also because of my work, I wasn't able to track my welcome kit. 2 months has been completed but still I haven't received any information regarding my welcome kit. How to approach and get my Welcome Kit? Thank you

      This axis bank has betrayed me. Last month December 2022 I have withdrawn money myself. The concern person didn’t tell me about any consolidated charges otherwise I would have used my bike and go to home branch with 10 min distance. Today 25th January 2023 without informing me, bank has taken Rs 9000 plus Rs 1620 has gst charges. Total Rs 10620. I am maintaining this as minimum balance till I join the ship again. Please refund my money back to my account because this time I need this money the most. My NRE saving account is [protected]. Mohammad Furkan. This hidden charges should tell first. For me this is very huge amount as I am not in ship. I am planning for home loan in near future with axis bank and after this how can I go ahead.

      Hi, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. As per the revert from branch official we would like to inform that the Charges imposed on your account are legitimate. We regret our inability to reverse the same. You had withdrawn Rs 9, 50, 000.00 from other branch which attracted Rs 4750/- as charge, and Rs 10, 00, 000.00 from the home branch which attracted charge of Rs 4250.00
      Debit Card Limit (Non Resident Accounts Daily : ATM Withdrawal Limit – INR 1, 00, 000
      Monthly Cash Transaction Free Limits : First 5 Transactions or INR 1.5 lakhs whichever is earlier.
      Cash Transactions at Non-Home Branch : Cash transactions up to INR 25, 000/- per day, exceeding which INR 5/- per thousand or part thereof, subject to a minimum of INR 150/- to be charged.
      Fees on Cash Deposits and Withdrawals above limits : Above Free limit (Self) – INR 5 per INR 1000 or INR 150, whichever is higher, Above Free limit (Third Party) – INR 10 per INR 1, 000 or INR 150, whichever is higher. Regards, Team Axis Bank

      But in my account, Its never reached above 19 lakh. They have charged for total withdrawing of 19.5 lakhs

        Pl.. be informed that I have submitted KYC through app. on 31th dec.2022, but as off today nothing has been done & my a/c . has been under restriction . I do not know why it is taking so much time . No proper ans. by Kalyan branch . ref id[protected]. Pl. resolve the matter at the earliest.

          I had apply for salary account on 19th January 2023, executive named Rajan visited me and provide me with welcome kit but still it's 24th January 2023 and my account is not get active how much time it's take to active my account
          I need to have update my account details with my employer otherwise my salary get postponed

            I would like to inform you that on date 25/12/2022, at 12:11:53 hrs and 12:15:39 hrs, there were two transactions of 99999/- and 62000/- respectively through my axis bank account done by a scammer who had the remote access of my phone.

            All two transactions were happened by a fraud person to amazon pay india private.

            Sir,
            My husband is a new employee of axis bank...The SM OF AXIS BANK MR. GOVIND HOTA didn't give any respect to their junior employees..so I asked him why he doesn't give respect then he told that he was talking like this with everyone even if with their mother.. then he told that to give resign... If he talk like this to everyone then how anyone do their job properly..so kindly I request you to file a complaint against the SM OF AXIS BANK FOR NOT giving respect to their juniors...

              i asked customer care they told
              sms charges
              depostited charges
              debit cared charges
              withdrawl charges
              auto debit charege
              etc, ., ...
              one of the most cheated bank
              He is a theif

                    Shivam: In my CIBIL report I see a personal loan of ₹ 6000 from Axis Bank which I never took. I had written to them. Since more than a month they are doing timepass asking for complete cibil report etc!!. I have provided them the fake loan account they have created in my name... Still no use. They are not closing it.

Since more than a month they are doing timepass asking for complete cibil report etc!!. I have provided them the fake loan account they have created in my name... Still no use. They are not closing it.

                        I live abroad, my indian mobile number can only do wifi calls. The helpline for merging customer IDs does not accept wifi calls. Hence, I can't merge the IDs. My account has been temporarily suspended. Please merge my IDs as you have my consent.

                          I have received the call from Axis bank on 31st Dec regarding Myzone Credit card & initially I decided not to take but the agent motivated & for her benefit she motivated me more for the enrollment. I have enrolled in the Axis bank application & she applied for the credit card but she has send to wrong address & after some days when the card received at wrong address I asked delivery partner to return it back as I was not in that location....

                          On Dated 18 Jan-23 a amount of Rs 4372.73 was deducted from my account with the description mentioned in the complaint subject. please, I need to know the complete details about the details of deduction and along with that I need to refunf my back in my account.
