I (Abhijit Akotkar) am submitting the following few lines to your notice for favour of kind consideration.

I have - SB A/C No: 782603.Axis Bank ATM
operated on 01.04.2017 atPimpri the Axis Bank ATM record No:CASH-ATM-SVBD0002 for with drawl of Rs.10000/- amount. The transaction was declined but the amount of Rs.10000/- was deducted from my account with out receipt of cash.
