Axis Bank — Refund issue

Hi Sir,

My name is Chavvakula Vinay and i had ordered an iphone of Rs. 49, 999 in Amazon on 13/01/2024 and cancelled the product due to personal reasons on 13/01/2024.
And refund was initiated by amazon on same day i.e., 13/01/2024 and initiated the refund to my card but still i didnt get the money. Amazon said it will take 5days to credit the amount but it was still not credited. Today i.e, on 18/01/2024 when i checked the amazon account they provided me the RRN(Refund Reference Number) - 74766514014401558892348 to check with bank but they are not able to provide any status. Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent
