I have transacted on Amazon.in dated 23rd of September 2020, with amounting INR 1900.95 using my Axis bank debit card, my transaction was successful but after few minutes i have cancelled some items from my order thereafter Amazon initiated my refund instantly on 23rd September .
The merchant refunded INR 939.36 but till today i havent received my refund in my card or in my account, when i called amazon related to that issue they said your refund has been successfully transferred, Please contact your bank with a reference number which is 025252.
I request you to please have a look into my case and process the pending refund in my Card. I have attached couple of screenshots that confirms that the refund was successful from merchants side .
I aslo tried to contact Axis bank customer support but one of the representatives asked me to write a email regarding the same i did it too but nothing has happened
I request you to please process my refund.

The Merchant (Amazon) confirmed that my refund has been successfully credited to my card and the remaining procedure will be done by your Bank.
But Axis Bank has not credited this amount to my Account.
