[Resolved] Axis Bank — refund of amount debited from my saving account

Dear Sir,
I had tried to recharge Videocon d2h dated on 29/08/2018, but due to some reason it is not getting recharged and the total amount Rs. 275/- was deducted from my axis bank savings account.
Still today I have not received my refund into my account, so it is my humble request to you to take necessary steps to refund the amount.
For your reference I have attached the screen shot of failed transaction.
