Axis Bank — refund regarding one assist service axis bank

I am Axis bank regular saving bank accountholder and bank directly deduct Rs. 1899 from my account for the one assist service without intimation given by bank through SMS, Mail or call service.
So I request you to refund this amount to my account.
I hope that my saving account bank balance credited to my account.
Name of accountholder- Shubham Pradip Amrute.
