I have pre-closed my car loan, but they debited by account - Monthly payment or EMI.

Customer Care team mentioned it will be returned within 5 working days. Till now the amount is not yet returned.
I got my No objection certificate. Customer care is not willing to provide details of Transaction no. Yet to receive my loan statement.

Please help in getting back my debited amount.

Updated by karthik77 I only took the loan in my wife's name and EMI's are paid through my account no : [protected]

EMI Details: If the loan is closed why did the money debited from account.
