[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Regarding address change of Credit card

I have filled a form for address change with all the documents of my Axis bank credit card 1 month back. But the address is not changed till date. I have visited Axis bank, Balewadi branch twice. They have raised service requests:[protected] on 28th October 2016, service request[protected] on 3rd Nov 2016 & service request[protected] on 5th Nov 2016. Please help me with it as my card is going to expire this month. Even the customer care is not responding.

Updated by Barnalee I have tried the option & it is not working. It does not have any option for uploading Rent agreement. So I have raised another request 26182755 on 14th Nov'16. I talked to the customer care yesterday 3-4 times & they were not of much help. Some of them are very rude. One of them said that the request is rejected. She asked me to go to bank again. Is this what I am supposed to do each & every Saturday-sunday. The new credit card has already come to the old address & because I was not there, I was not able to receive it. So they sent it back. Please take this case seriously, its been a month.

Hi yogesh mehra my home loan no.phr[protected] my part payment check is ready from 26/10/2016 but 03/11/2016 to not hand over to me . so how or pay to interest of these days .
