MA ATM WAS MISSED, 3 MONTHS BEFORE I WENT TO AXIS BANK AT FAZILKA BRANCH FILL MY FORM FOR RE ISSUE ATM SINCE 3 MONTHS BEFORE. THEY SUBMIT MY FORM AND TOLD ME THAT ATM WILL BE RECIEVE AT MY HOME. BUT I DIDNT RECIEVE MY ATM YET, I WENT TO AXIS BANK 4 TO 5 TIMES, BUT NOBODY CARES, THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE RUHI TANWAR AND AN EMPLOYEE SOURAV SETIA, I MET THEM REGARDING MY ATM. I GAVE THEM MY PASPORT SIZE SNAPS. THEY MISSED MY FORM AND ALSO MY SNAPS. AND NOW NO ONE READY TO HEAR MY PROBLEM. I AM SO FRUSTRATED FORM AXIS BANK SERVICE. PLEASE HELP ME.
