[Resolved] Axis Bank — regarding axis bank fraud | |||
Yesterday on dated 2 may, 2019 i have opened an axis asap bank account through online form filling and providing my adhaar and pan details. I have also deposited rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected]. Now, today dated 3 may, 2019 i suddenly received a sms from the bank as "your a/c [protected] is debited by rs.1000 on 30apr19. Avbl bal :rs.0. Info : account closure proceeds to dd acct." Please note i did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money as soon as possible.
