[Resolved] Axis Bank — regarding consolidation charges on account

I'm very unhappy with the services from axis bank as i got a charges of 4200 apx without informing me. When i made a call to the customer care they cut the call.
It was pathetic customer care services with the executive sohail from axis bank. I just want my money back and request you to take some action against axis bank for deducting people's harden money.
