[Resolved]  Axis Bank — regarding credit card no due certificate

My name is amitkumar l patel. I was given the credit card with a commitment as a lifetime free credit card. But the bank then started levying charges on the credit card. I then complained few times regarding the same but there was no response. I then decided to clear the issue and paid the settlement amount of ₹15204.73
I now want a no due certificate and noc. So that i can have it as a proof that it was not my mistake that i have a write off of axis bank credit card and i also have paid the settlement amount. I want an urgent response because i want to take my wards student loan but denied due to this write off reflected in cibil.
I have already complained regarding the same on 25th july, 2019 but there is no reply from your end. Unfortunately if i am unserved in those circumstances i will have to go to the higher authority and file a complaint to rbi.
