Axis Bank — regarding credit card not closed status show.

I have no used a credit card from axis bank (Cc. [protected]) with a limit of rs18000 but rs 500 withdrawal show in the card and this is the single entry of card. I payment all dues show in this card amount rs 5013. But card not closed after payment of rs 5520 in 30 jan 2019. I paid the total due and it has been till now the card is not closed but they have updated my cibil as written-off, despite paying the total due. When i spoke with a cust rep, they asked me huge cibil masking amount to update my cibil. I denied for cibil masking. Meanwhile, i paid 500 rupees extra. Please close my card and update my cibil as card is closed n removing the written-off.
