Axis Bank — Regarding delay in credit card application

I have applied for credit card through kiwi aap and the app redirected me to axis bank bank through their i have completed my physical kyc on 11th of july 2023 today is 20th of july but still their is no update regarding my credit card .please provide proper information or the problem for which the delay's being caused you can contact me on my email - [protected]@gmail.com
