[Resolved] Axis Bank — Regarding delayed refund | |||||
Dear customer care team, I have transferred Rs.6000 on 12th of December through IMPS. My account has been debited but the beneficiary account has not been credited. I was told that the money will be reverted to my account within 48 hours. Neither the money has not been reverted nor I got proper response from customer care. It's been almost 8 days. I'm fed up.
