I had cancelled my credit card, ending with 4764 in august 2018, as there were additional charges levied by axis for one of the online transactions, even though i have clear cut evidence of email notification and sms notification on the amount used, whereas axis was trying to collect additional amount of inr 2, 500 approx, which was disputed, opposed and complained. Axis has reversed this and during that time i had cancelled my credit card, as i do not want to deal with a banker who tries to exploit customers. There was communication on this which is available on record. Now axis has again started sending email credit card statements showing debit balance of disputed transaction. If axis does not stop sending this kind of mails, i would prefer using legal channels to settle this matter. Was this information helpful? |
