There have been 8 transactions from my bank account to itunes on march 13, 2019. I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done.
Kindly look into this and i would like my refund. I am not even using any iphone.
The amount debited was around rs.5803.29
I have raised a complaint against this. Ref no:49774470
I am requesting axis bank to refund my amount. So many customers are raising the same complaint why axis bank is not taking any preventive measures?
Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible
