Axis Bank — Regarding Misplace of my statement | |||
Dear sir, I Nitin Dhiran having account in axis bank . I am having also using axis bank credit card of axis bank from approx 2 years. I am not getting any bill statement on my address, and when i have talked to customer care, he said that they are sending the physical statement to my address and someone has taken that and have signed, but i have not signed anywhere and have not got any statement. So how other person have signed and have taken my statement even address are ok at their side that i have confirmed, how they can give my statement to other person. They are telling they have send but i have not get anything, so who has signed and taken my statement. For that i have called axis bank 3-4 times. They are sharing my secure information (statement) with someone else. I request you to take some action that no customer should be treated by bank in this manner.
