[Resolved] Axis Bank — Regarding my FD no. [protected] was closed without my consent. | |||
My email no. 11 Dated 16/10/2016 Axis bank Vasant Kunj 110070 Dear Sir/Madam, Absolutely on reply from your side for all 11 mails Issue 1. This is regarding my FD no [protected] which was on Auto renewal mode was closed on 26/09/2016 without my consent. We also have FD much older than these FDs are still active. WHY was this FD was closed I need reasons. Issue 2. We also have a FD which was opened on the same date and with same amount with same condition (auto- renewal) but there is difference in maturity amount as on 8/09/2016 WHY? Issue 3. FD no [protected] which was maturing on 8/09/2016 and was closed on 26/09/2016 what about interest for 18/19 days and WHY this amount not paid to me? And is still pending and now interest on interest is adding up each passing day which is due. I need reasons for not receiving interest till today. Issue 4. We also wish to evaluate all my FDs in my account. Are all my FDs, my deposits, lockers etc. safe with you need assurance from your side As I’ am feeling sad and unsafe with Axis bank.
