Axis Bank — regarding my max life insurance policy | |||
I had made a life insurance of ₹25000/- yearly and i paid my one year instalment and then after that my phone number got changed and i had updated my recent phone number in my banking records. But then after that i didn’t even got any reminder from the axis bank mughalsarai branch that my premium is due and all that and even after that when i visited the branch after an year and asked them about this existing policy they told me that you have not paid the premium and this is the reason why your policy has been lapsed. And then i tried to enquire the person who made my policy and he told me that i have been transferred from that branch to another branch and that’s the reason i can’t tell you the exact situation, you will have to walk to your bank and someone would help you there. And now once again 2-3 days back i visited my branch and asked the policy status for the same and told them that please tell me what to do for this as i want to close this policy, as in the starting i was told that if yo want you can close the policy after 3 years and the three years have already passed, so i asked mr. Vikas and mr. Rahul about this as mr vikas told me that we have a guy mr. Rahul who takes care of all this policies so you please talk to him and rahul told me that he don’t have any information regarding all this and he can’t give me the information and after that i asked mr. Rahul to come with me and tell the same infront of the manager. I along with rahul went to the manager and she also told me the same to wait they will let me know but again they don’t have any update on this. Now the only thing which i want is that i can pay the remaining amount for 18 months and i have already paid the premium for 18 months and as it was said that you can close this after 36 months so please give me the confirmation how much amount should i pay and when will the policy get closed and also how much amount will i get. I also would like to conclude that this mughalsarai axis bank branch people are worst, earlier there was good people who used to listen and do work but nowadays even after going a manager nothing works. Worst branch of axis bank i have ever seen. Please get this resolved as soon as possible and then i would like to close all my accounts from axis bank as i don’t want to keep any relationship with such bank where employees don’t want to work for which they are getting paid for.
