[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Regarding non acceptance of digital ID for changing of Email id

I have visited your Nellore branch for changing of Email ID for account correspondence.
Officer in charge not accepted Digital ID which was accepted all over nation ( including police department, Indian railways, RTO, all banks ) which was mandatory due to Covid pandemic situation.
It's was ridiculous

ID through Digi locker App it was already verified and found correct by the government and it was accepted by all y not your concern not accepting...
