I the above stated raju c m proprietor varshitha digital studio bylakuppe here by request your kind self that i have got a current account ([protected] customer id:[protected] branch:ifsc code:utib0001010 kushalnagar kodagu) in
Your kushalnagar branch.

I have applied for swiping machine around two years back. Since last one year i have not using the swiping machine. I had informed the concerned branch to remove the machine and close my account. But the bank had not taken any
Action. So, now my account is showing minus account - rs:12844.38 /- on:29.04.2017.

So i request you to take immediate action and close my account and remove my swiping machine.
