[Resolved]  Axis Bank — regarding the fraudulent transaction

Hello. This is Dr mathen. I have registered a complaint regarding the fraud transaction done in my account on 19th june. I have intimated the customer care and lodged a complaint against that. My complaint number is 52039273.i have also uploaded complaint letter and charge dispute form with that. Its been more than two weeks since i filed a complaint. But still now i have not received any update or action taken against my complaint. Im very much disappointed with ur response.As per the liability also i didn't receive any credit amount from the bank side. I need an immediate action to take on this complaint as soon as possible and refund my money back to my account. Thanking you.

Its been more than a month. And still I didn't get any refund from ur side .. and as per the statement given by you i didnt even get temporary credit in my account. Its very disappointing. I need an immediate action regarding this. Thank you
