[Resolved] Axis Bank — regarding transaction issue | |||
Dear sir/madam, This mail is regarding online transaction issues dated on 5th october 2018. As per attached passbook status 10000 rs. Is debited from my account however it is claimed by payee that this amount was not credited in his account. I have directly contacted to near by axis bank branch but they refused saying that they can't provide help since transaction was done before 6 months from date of complaint, however this is not expected from such a big corporate bank like axis. Hi i submitted my documents to the bank man and still i did not receive the message of activation while my colleges are received it.when my account will activated?
