Axis Bank — regarding your employees behavior. | |||||
Dear sir, I altamash ali khan an account holder of your bank. My account no. Is [protected]. Sir i had gone to withdrawn rs. 19000/- from your bank branch at siwan, bihar. The cashier named mr. Lakhan gave me rs. 19000/- in two bundle of rs. 20 (Rs. 4000/-), one bundle of rs. 50 (Rs. 5000/-), two bundle of rs. 10 (Rs. 2000/-) and rest in rs. 100. I told to mr. Lakhan how i carry so much of bundles. I have not bring a bag. He is very rude. He do not know how to talk with a customer. He told if you do not want to take leave it. I told i shall complain against you. He told whatever you want to do you do. Your assistant manager has solved my problem. But sir do you not think that such type of employees are spoiling the name of your bank and this is not first time, he has done the same thing before also and i had registered a complaint against him. Sir kindly look into the matter and please do the needful. So that i have not faced such type of situation in the future. Thanks and regards. Altamash ali khan Account no. For the past 20-25 days, i couldn't use axis mobile app. when i try to login, it shows an error message "EC2005: Sorry, Error in establishing secure connectivity".. I tried to connect by using my mobile internet connection. ...
