Hi team axis,
I missed two payments for my credit card since i am not able to do payment that time because my salary has credited on 7 -10 of the month. I couldn't pay the bill online and visited the nearby branch who refused to help and asked me to go to my home branch.
And phone banking support was also not available for that day.Even small banks were providing limited call support except axis.
Now there is a lien on my savings account! As you can check I am using this account almost 2-3 years as zero balance account.
When i reach out to customer care via phone they are just tossing me around between savings account department and credit card department. Not to mention the rudeness of all the agents.
Is this the proper way to treat customers?
Please remove my lien amount and provide me a safe banking .
