[Resolved] Axis Bank — request to close my credit card but not yet closed

Myself sanjeev kumar bhagat is having axis bank neo credit card, i requested you to close my credit card many times through mails and telphonic calls but till date i havent receive noc from axis bank, moreover as per my cibil report my card is till active. I once again request you to please close my card and send me noc. Details of card are as under :-

I am amazed that complaint has been marked as resolved..i would have given 0 Rating if it is available. it is very sorry to say that my credit card has not been closed yet instead i am receiving the card statements every month. you are just forcing me to move to consumer court..
