Axis Bank — Request to credit the failed transactions at ATM during power cut

Power cut in middle of withdrawing money from ATM so didn't receive money but debited from account.

what is the process of raising a complaint or it will be automatically credited after sometime as I have heard this is available in other private banks but not sure in AXIS.
