Axis Bank — Request to help to to revert back my salary and remove the lien from by salary account.

I Henrich, Axis bank A/c holder, A/cNo.[protected]. With axis bank since past 6 months unable to release my salary because of lien issue and i have got touch with bank and customer service. I spoke with David(Customer Service) on February 28, 2016 with refNo. 25302439, he gave the reference of Mr.Abhilash and Martin who is manager in branch axis bank parrys. As per Mr. David from the customer service. I went to bank on February 29, 2016 at around 11.00 AM and met the Manager Mr.Abhilash and he directed me to meet Mr. Kishore Murali in collection agency at Parrys branch(Chennai). I met Mr. Kishore on the same day at 11.30 AM and discussed regard negative balance salary account due to lien issue, He ask me to pay minimum payment of 15, 000/-. I told him i need to get back to home and get the money. Later, I informed i have only 10, 000/- as cash so if i can deposit to my a/cNo.. He said no need to deposit in salary a/c and said he will sent a collection agent to my address to collect the cash. The agent came and collected the money at around 1.30 PM. The collection agency cardNo. 2796 and my receiptNo. 1061583 and made the payment of 10, 000/- towards my credit cardNo. [protected]. Later i contact and i spoke with Mr. Kishore and inform the same. My salary was credited on February 29, 2016 but salary a/c was in negative balance. So i contacted Mr. Kishore again and he ask me to meet in the branch on next day, so i went to meet Mr. Kishore he said inorder to release my account i need to pay another 20, 000/- in cash for the credit card, he assured me that he will release my account from lien with in 24 hours if the payment of 20, 000/- made. So, I arranged the money and checked if i want to deposit the bank or pay in cash but he said he will send a collection agent to receive payment and the agent came on March 05, 2016 and received the payment with the receiptNo. 1061535 for the amount 20, 000/- as per the assurances and i made call Mr. Kishore to say the payment about that made. He asked me to contact Mr. Mahendren who is in lien department and also i received a confirmation mail regarding the release in my account on March 04, 2016. Checked my account but still it shows in negative balance so i contaced Mr. Kishore and he assured to release my account within 24 hours. Since then, i was in regular touch with bank since March 01, 2016 to till today but never recevied any proper response from Mr. Kishore or anybody from the bank, i am in the stage of mental depression and still try to contact Mr. Kishore but he responsed negatively against the bank and against me. Therefore, i would like to bring to your concern of my issue. I hope atleast this mail would bring to your notice about this issue where i was completely co-operative with the bank where as the bank have cheated as i feel that why Mr. Abhilash denied taking my issue any seriousness and directed me to the collection department. I hope you can understand to stayed without 2 months salary out of town. Please help me to release my account and salary.

Hi Henrich,

Even i'm still suffering the same with Axis Bank. Best possible way to get rid of this is to forget about the amount you lost, i know this doesnt sound soothing, infact this sound ridiculous. But still u feel tired of roaming place to place and will feel wexed up expalining the situation to every one..., but still it gives you no penny.
So the best thing is change your account from axis to any other with the help of your Employee HR Partner in the office .

And dont even try callin customer service executives, thats literally waste of time and money. they simply ask you to lodge a complaint or either they will say they raised a complaint to head office for you and will ask you to call back after 2-4 working days to know the status, And the answer when u call back again would be request has been declined please raise a complaint again. And believe me this cycle goes on.
