Axis Bank — [resolved] axis bank lien balance locked amount | |||||
Hi axis bank ceo, My account no is [protected]... My company is having salary account with your bank. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 15th july and till today haven't got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred creditcard department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Creditcard department not picking up the phone for the past 5 days... No is picking up the phone, but most of the times its busy too... Lot of personal issue for post 6month. My mother was died. So only i am not paid creditcard payment. But this o/s amount was lien in my account. Kindly clear and activate my card. Give final chance for me... Regularly i will pay all amount promise.. Please clear this issue sir...
