Dear Sir,
I have done a AXIS UPI transaction of 80000rs from my axis Ac. No.[protected] (my custmer id is[protected]) in my hdfc bank ac.[protected] with the tx id[protected] on dated 15/04/2017 time 19:30:06 through axis pay upi but till now 80000rs not received. My hdfc bank Ac.[protected] statement copy is attached. I have lodge the query against this through AXIS PAY
upi on dated 15/04/2017 and complaint on dated 17/04/2017 Complaint no.[protected] through telephonic. Mrs Parveen give a TAT of seven working days. I have lodge a complaint again dated[protected] with reference number 30530993. they give a TAT of 2 working days. A complaint forward through customer careagain 21/04/2017(complaint no.30603070). Mr. akhtar give a TAT of one working day. I have lodge a complaint again on dated 22/04/2017 complaint no. 30621919. they give a TAT of 4 working days. As per telephonic conversation with Abid on dated 28/04/2017. He give me again a new TAT of 2 working days. Regarding this I have visited the concerned axis bank many times & give the complaint in written. But till now they have not give me any solution for my rltd. Complaint. again 2nd of may they have give me new complaint no. 30785258 and with a new tat. so please give the solution as soon as possible.
