[Resolved]  Axis Bank — reverse my bank charges

I have raised a complaint long back my card no is 0083 and i am getting sms to pay rs4500 as the card itself is expired 8 years back simply you are charging and i have not received the other card i spoke to customer care several times and given complaint till now the charges has not been reversed. It is reflecting in the cibil you people should close this matter as early as possible. It is not a mistake from my side, it is the mistake done by the bank people.

the problem is not yet resolved still they are charging and i am getting sms daily . Please reverse the charge my card no is xxx 1288 i have given several complaints regarding this . My card is expired long back and i have not yet received the new card. My name is sunil kumar Ph 9480491433
