Axis Bank — Rough language from employee for recovery of some other person loan. | |||
Hi, Today i got a call from [protected]. They informed that they are calling from axisbank and want to know the contact number of some third person who has taken loan from them. I dont know how they got my number. While giving that person the loan no one verified from me. Though i knew the person I refused to give because i wasn't sure that the call is from axis bank only. I disconnected the call many times, but the lady kept on calling . and finally she told in her rough voice " number nai dena to paise de do"(if cannot give number then pay on his behalf). i was literally irritated by the way she talked to me and the rudeness she showed. I want to make a complaint against her. Is there any way i can proceed here. I never expected such kind of gesture from axis bank, i am a salary account holder in axisbank from last 3 years but never got any such rude call from them, but today i am highly pissed off. I am going to close my salary account there and will go for some other reputed bank who has some polite employees. Need some suggestions on how to proceed further with the complain as i have only the phone number and the voice recordings. P.S. If not here i'll surely register an fir against axis bank for mental harasment using the number she called from. I have all the recordings on my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
