[Resolved] Axis Bank — Rs.1595 deduction for no transaction | |||||
On 24th Dec 2016 thrice my Axis bedit card was swiped for the purchase of Petrol. All 3 times the transaction was unsuccessful. Hence the amount was paid in cash. After few minutes thrice my axis bank account was dibited for Rs.1595. After enquiry with Petrol pump owner, he told me to settle the matter with Axis Bank. After approaching the bank, they took my complaint in writing and the debited amount was refunded back to the accout within 15 days from the complaint day. But agai on 30th of Jan 2017, Rs.1595 got debited from my account and till today neither the bank nor the petrol pump owner are bothered to payback the amount inspite of approaching them not less than 10 times.
